ice cream everyday named among okayplayers top albums of 2013

Amel Larrieux‘s fifth solo album Ice Cream Everyday  arrived with a minimum of advance fanfare and slipped into the world even more quietly than expected. But quiet as kept it has turned out to be her most satisfying album since 1999’s Infinite Possibilities and one of the few albums of the year that doesn’t offer much in the way of skippable material.
